DURATION

The first sessions is 1H45, in order to have time to process to a full interview and have a holistic and global vision. Then we process to the therapeutical approach.

Some therapy however request always long sessions.

Long sessions

• First session
• Strategic psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy
• Somatic therapy approach
• Kinesiology (psycho-emotional)

Short sessions: follow-up

Is considered a follow-up when we book a series of appointments ahead because the treatment requires it (generally 4 to 12).  

• Hypnotherapy
• EMDR
• Seitai [Japanese chiropractic, Touch for Health, massage]
• Reiki, Sonotherapy
• Dance therapy

TIME ZONE

The calendar is JST Tokyo, Japan time (GMT+9) if you are in Tokyo.

ONLINE BOOKING : it will detect your time zone set in Google or VPN. Please pay attention when you book.

DELAY

If you are late, the duration of your session will be shortened.

CANCELLATION POLICY

!! ANY APPOINTMENT CANCELLED LESS THAN 3 DAYS before is due, if you wish to come back to Otomi Therapy.

• Cancellation on the day or the day before is charged 100%.
• Cancellation 2 days before is charged 50%.
• Cancellation is free 3 days before.

For example: if you have a session on Monday, you can cancel for free Friday, at the latest.

RESCHEDULE

• You can reschedule with no fee if you contact us More than 3 days before your session. 
• If you cancel twice : we might not accept you at the clinic, unless you pay your appointment beforehand by card on the booking day.
