Auto shiatsu exercices
Auto shiatsu is a Japanese body work with gentle daily exercices, stretch and massage to keep in shape all year round. For anyone, at any age (with some adaptation possible).
This practice also includes what is called “kiko” in Japan, and comes from some of the Chinese qi gong exercices and meditations.
